  1. Complete Registration form and click Register button at bottom of form.
  2. A success message will appear on successful registration.
  3. Mail in a cheque for the Total Amount Due shown on registration form.
    • Payable to:    GHS
    • Address To:  Liz Stacey, 608 Langlaw Dr. Cambridge N1P 1H4
    • Please include an email address on the back of your cheque so we can send you a confirmation.
  1. Complete the registration form.
  2. Total Amount Due will appear on the registration form
  3. Click the Register button at the bottom of the form. You will be taken to a secure PayPal page where you can pay with a credit card or PayPal
  4. If you are paying with a credit or debit card
    • Complete the Card and Billing and Contact information
    • Be sure to check the "No Thanks" option for creating a PayPal account.
    • You must agree to PayPal terms of service before proceeding  (it will appear after you click the "No Thanks" option above).
  5. Be patient, PayPal may take awhile especially Friday evening and weekends. A success message will appear on successful registration.
